A celebration of our team culture.
At status C, we celebrate not only project successes, but above all the people who make them possible. 2025 was once again marked by strong team performances, courageous decisions, mutual support and a corporate culture based on trust, self-management and genuine cooperation.
This makes it all the more wonderful when we all come together once a year for our Christmas party and feel exactly that: team spirit, appreciation and solidarity.
This year, Old Smithy's Dizzle, an old smithy in the heart of Berlin-Friedrichshain, welcomed us with its special charm. Colleagues from Berlin and Cologne, their partners and long-standing companions from status C ensured a lively get-together – just like we know from our everyday working life.
Christmas mini-games with status C.
After a cosy champagne reception, we started a Christmas Olympics in random teams: Santa Claus bowling, Christmas tree bauble race or gift stacking – small challenges that once again showed what makes us special: playful ambition, humour and genuine teamwork.
During the dinner that followed, there was time for conversations, stories and a review of the past months. And of course, the party with DJ Dennis was a must – because we are just as good at celebrating as we are at managing projects.
What makes the Christmas party special for us every year:
It shows how much value we place on good relationships – both internally and externally.
It reminds us that we achieve more as a team than we do alone.
And it gives us the opportunity to say thank you to the families and partners who support our colleagues.
Working at status C means being part of a culture where people learn from each other, support each other and grow together.
