Ich schätze sehr, wie hier miteinander umgegangen wird. Seit über 10 Jahren, in denen ich hier bin, ist das unverändert, obwohl wir mittlerweile mehr Leute sind und wachsen.

Als Mutter ist mir die Work-Life Balance besonders wichtig. Die Flexibilität und die Möglichkeit, jederzeit im Homeoffice zu arbeiten, hilft mir enorm, wenn die Kinder wieder einmal krank sind oder um einfach den Alltag zu bewältigen.
