Ich bin eine Kölsche Frohnatur: Immer positiv eingestellt mit einem Lächeln im Gesicht.

Was war das beeindruckendste, was du bei status C erlebt hast?

Das Prinzip " das Team ist der Boss" wird hier wirklich gelebt. Das bedeutet für den Mitarbeiter, also auch für mich: Entscheidungsfreiheit, Flexibilität und keine Hierarchien.

Was kannst du hier ausleben, was du woanders nicht könntest?

In anderen Unternehmen muss man für Personalthemen immer hart kämpfen. Hier muss ich nicht mal offene Türen einrennen, ich werde quasi reingezogen.

Was war bisher dein sportliches Highlight?

Mein Tandemfallschirmsprung aus 4.000 m Höhe.

“An guten Tagen” von Johannes Oerdinger.

New impetus, strong connections - that was our 2025 retreat

Three days full of workshops, dialogue and team spirit: At our status C retreat 2025 in Waldkappel-Gehau, we developed new ideas, learnt together and looked to the future.
In addition to the technical input and joint work in workshops, joint activities such as paintball, hiking and evenings around the campfire ensured plenty of team spirit.
An event that shows how knowledge, cooperation and community come together perfectly at status C.
