What was the most impressive thing you experienced at status C?

I’d already heard about self-organized teams that aren’t regulated from the outside, and I’d read a thing or two about them as well. But seeing firsthand that it actually works – and what you can achieve with it, and how effectively you can work this way – really impressed me.

What can you do here that you couldn’t do elsewhere?

I joined status C because I didn’t want to be just a developer. Here, I can take on multiple roles, even switch them up from project to project, and decide for myself whether I want to be a developer, a consultant, and/or a project manager.

What’s your personal passion?

Solving puzzles of all kinds – from cube puzzles to IT puzzles – has always been my thing.

What does your perfect day look like?

For me, a perfect day is really defined by the people I spend it with. So it can vary quite a bit: maybe a day off, a day at the office, or just a Sunday – as long as the right people are there.
