What is your superpower?
I can quickly and systematically grasp complex issues and understand them in depth. This also involves considering scenarios and thinking through possibilities that aren’t immediately obvious. This can be particularly advantageous when it comes to designing concepts and conducting tests.
What was the most impressive thing you experienced at status C?
My very first go-live had a huge impact on me. It wasn’t just seeing how the solution is implemented and works technically, but also witnessing the success and satisfaction of the employees on-site. That showed me: This is exactly what I want to do! Plus, the teamwork at status C is simply motivating. Everyone is eager to drive the project forward and deliver value to the client, and that leads to a high level of satisfaction for everyone.
What’s one indulgence you can’t resist?
Buying candy – even if I don’t necessarily eat it myself. I can’t resist it because it’s so tempting and so beautifully colorful. That’s why it’s always great when friends are around and I can offer them something.
What’s your personal passion?
Discovering new things. I like experiencing new things while traveling or trying out new, country-specific foods when I eat out. Even if you’re skeptical about some things, it’s really fun to keep an open mind. Afterward, you know whether you like it – and sometimes you get a pleasant surprise.
What’s been your biggest sports highlight so far?
When it comes to sports, I prefer the pub classics: foosball, darts, or maybe a quick round of table tennis? That’s where I feel at home. And here, every victory against ambitious friends or coworkers is a highlight.
