What was the most impressive thing you experienced at status C?

What sticks in my mind is how we resolved a production shutdown during a retreat. We were on our way in a taxi and quickly fixed the problem with a laptop on our laps.

What can you do here that you couldn’t do elsewhere?

I enjoy working at Status C because I’ve been able to help shape the company from the very beginning and continue to drive it forward. No one is too proud to question old habits and, if necessary, throw them overboard.
Decision-making happens as a team, but I can decide where I can contribute and where I’ll rely on my colleagues.

What’s your personal passion?

Dribbling the soccer ball skillfully between my opponents’ legs. If I don’t have anything special planned for the weekend, I like to zip around the neighborhood on my bike with my friends.

What’s been your biggest athletic highlight so far?

I set a new athletic goal for myself every year—always pushing myself a little further. Starting with a 5 km run, through Xletix, all the way to a sprint triathlon.
